when i recieved the pack,the outside packaging is really good,but when i unboxed the product there is a dent in the side cover,which is really embarassing,i believed that the dent already happens before shipping,and there is no power cable and no screws inside the cabinet,i'm really really dissapointed..

Got the delivery even while there were restrictions, that helped a lot.
Only one thing.. I asked for 1 single module of 8 GB RAM but still it came with 2 4 GB modules. Otherwise all good.

I was having second thoughts about ordering from an unknown site ( this was my first purchase at scigwl.com) but after I received the product I was very satisfied regarding the packing of the product, I must say I wasn't expecting such good packing, generally amazon.in provide the ships the product with best packaging but scigwl.com's packing was better. Products are genuine, the customer service was wonderful especially Vivek and obviously they provide the product at very competitive price. Looking to buy more products in the future.
If you asked about improvement, scigwl.com website need some improvement especially the UI, it's very buggy.
