Is it extendable to 32 gb. If yes what will be the cost? Secondly is it completely manufactured by Dell?

yes it is compatible with 32 gb ram 8*4. Approx 6000 more for extra 16 gb. Yes these r manufactured by dell but they r refurbished desktop where we r customizing as per customers needs/ Like ram increased or hdd. No cd comes in the pack
