1) Carry in Warranty against manufacturing defects only.
2) Customers are required to approach the
Authorized Service provider (ASP'S) for those products for which manufactures are supporting directly.
3) Goods sold will be accepted for Return Or Warranty Repair / Replacement only if they are in original & good physical condition . Products received
with Physical damage or burnt or tampered warranty stickers will be rejected and considered warranty void.
4) We request customers for not to except any Tempered packing packet as we don't accept any empty packet complaint .
We are using SCIgwl cello tape for security from all sides which can not be fixed again after opening.
5) Warranty terms may be different depending on product category. For Brief warranty terms please refer the warranty notes.
6) We offer Cash on Delivery facility for Orders Value up to Rs. 30000/- . Note :- If customers rejects COD orders he will not get a COD option for his next order .
7) If customers wants to cancel the order after placing he can cancel from order history before dispatch . After dispatch cancellation is not possible.
8) If we fails to verify Customers COD order will be canceled by Us. Then Customer can place their Order again as a Prepaid only .
9) The Court at Gwalior shall have exclusive rights for jurisdiction or deciding and disputes arising out of this sale.
