Once the order is placed, we checked & prepared the products as per configuration and packed & get it ready for dispatch. The average processing time is 1- 3 days . For some products or for larger quantity orders, the processing time may be up to 5 business days. Once processed , the order is handed over our partners for delivery.

Once the order is shipped, the average delivery time is 5-10 days except unavoidable condition. Customer can track their order from his order history by clicking tracking number.

Our Store consists of both New & Refurbished products. Only some Processor and Hard drive are Refurbished all other items available on website are New . In description if mentioned Brand Warranty it means Product is New.

For New Products warranty has been provided directly by the Brand service center & for Refurbished/ Used Product we provide the warranty as mentioned in the description.

Some products in Categories Motherboard Combo (Kit) & Assembled Desktops contain New & Refurbished both Products. But we provide a complete 1-year warranty in-respective of item new or refurbished. In these categories processor of ( 1st-4th Generation are refurbished) & Hard drive ( 500 Gb & 1 TB are OEM hard drives for which warranty is not provided directly by the manufacture

REFURBISHED PRODUCTS

Our Refurbished products come with a minimum of 30 Days free warranty & up to one year paid warranty on some products as mentioned on the Product Page.

These are sample pictures of the product. They help you to give an idea of how the actual product will look like. Original product shipped to you may have some signs of wear or minor scratch but we try to ensure that you always get a quality product!

These Refurbished Products or Desktops are fully tested before dispatched & are in complete working condition.

Disclaimer:- 

The product will be unboxed and comes in a brown or white box with relevant accessories that are generic. The brand does not cover any warranty on these products. Refurbished desktops are customized as per configuration and customers' requirements. Other Components e.g. Monitor, Keyboard & Mouse are not included with this.

NEW PRODUCTS

All new products come with a minimum of one year warranty (or as mentioned in the product description).

All parts for which companies are supporting directly Warranty is provided by their local service center at customers nearby place.

If a service center does not exist then the customer has to ship the product back to us and have to take precautions while sending that product does not goes any physical damage in transit & also have to bear courier charges.

After receiving the product we will replace it and send it back to the customers. This is applicable only after 30 Days of the return Period. Within 10 days our courier will pick and customers can ask for a refund or replacement as per his choice. If we are not able to arrange reverse pickup customer has to ship the product and we will reimburse 100 rs/product irrespective of charges paid by the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Any item returned for warranty or returns must be returned in the same condition that it was received. Refunds will be only issued after receiving the product back to our warehouse. If Customers wants to Return without any proper reason Freight will be charged from Customers. In exceptional case for Return Customers has to Shipped by Own method we will reimburse 100 Rs / Packet.
