Out of the two HDs, I procured recently, Seagate made one functions normally with my satisfaction; but WD HD does not work properly. Even after several attempts made, no software could be loaded i.e. it does accept boot logging software loading. After doing half the work of software loading, it gives the message, "unable to load...." Hence I am at my wit's end. Now, I am returning the same in original packing. Please replace the same by a Seagate HD instead and send back at the earliest. Hoping to hear from you soon.
